Switch between monthly and annual billing, upgrade mid-cycle with prorated credit, or downgrade plans seamlessly.

How to manage your subscription cycle
- Navigate to Settings > Subscriptions in your Flanceflow account.
- Review your active plan, current renewal date, and billing payment method.
- To switch to Annual: Click "Switch to Annual Billing" to apply the 2-months-free discount immediately.
- To upgrade tier: Click "Upgrade Plan" and select Pro or Premium. Your remaining unused days from your current plan are credited toward the new tier.
- To downgrade: Click "Manage Subscription" and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades become effective at the end of the current billing period, without disrupting ongoing client invoices or active portal links.

Subscription management tips
- Annual tax planning: Upgrading to an annual plan in December allows you to claim the entire software business expense on that tax year’s returns.
- Updating billing contacts: Enter your accountant’s email in Settings > Billing so Flanceflow invoice receipts are automatically forwarded to them.
- Reactivating subscriptions: If your subscription expires, your workspace remains safely archived for 12 months, ready to reactivate with 1 click.
