Logging Calls, Meetings & Contact Touchpoints

Keep track of discovery calls, Zoom meetings, email discussions, and critical scope decisions directly inside the client timeline.

Have you ever struggled to remember what scope changes a client requested during a phone call three weeks ago? Flanceflow’s client touchpoint logger lets you record timestamped notes, decisions, and action items in seconds.

How to log a client touchpoint

  1. Open the Clients page and select the client you met with.
  2. In their profile view, click on the "Touchpoints & Notes" tab.
  3. Click "+ Log Interaction" to open the composer.
  4. Select the interaction type: Phone Call, Video Meeting, Email Thread, or In-Person Coffee.
  5. Enter the date, duration, and key discussion notes (e.g., "Agreed to add 3 new illustration screens for additional $450 fee").
  6. Optionally set a follow-up reminder date if an action item was promised.
  7. Click "Save Touchpoint". It will appear immediately in the chronological client activity timeline.
