Flanceflow offers two levels of artificial intelligence assistance depending on your subscription tier: lightweight Ask AI for general prompts, and deeply integrated FlowAI for full workspace analytics.
Comparing AI features across plans
- Check your active plan tier in Settings > Subscriptions.
- Starter Plan includes "Ask AI": General freelance templates, bio generators, hashtag ideas, and standard discovery prompts without live workspace database queries.
- Pro Plan unlocks "FlowAI": Full access to your authorized workspace database—query your specific clients, calculate live cash flow totals, and draft contextual emails.
- Premium Plan provides "Priority FlowAI": Uncapped query tokens, faster response latencies, and advanced custom reporting exports.
- To upgrade from Ask AI to full FlowAI, click the "Upgrade to Pro" banner in the AI drawer.
