Scale your collaborator seats, understand addon pricing structures, and manage contractor seat allocations.
When scaling up for a large client contract, you may need extra collaborator seats for subcontractors, copywriters, or developers without jumping to enterprise plans. Flanceflow makes scaling seats simple and cost-effective.
How to add extra collaborator seats
- Open Settings > Manage Workspace from your desktop sidebar.
- Review your included team seats versus actively occupied seats.
- Click "+ Add Collaborator Seat".
- Select the number of additional seats required.
- Review the prorated monthly addon price ($8 / seat / mo or ₹650 / seat / mo).
- Confirm the purchase. The new seat slots become available instantly for team email invites.
- When your project concludes, you can release the seat addon with one click from the same settings menu.

Team scaling tips
- Project-based invites: Only invite subcontractors to specific projects rather than your entire workspace to maintain tight financial security.
- Viewer accounts: External advisors who only need to view timelines and download deliverables can be invited as Viewers without consuming paid collaborator seats.
- Consolidated billing: All additional seat charges are billed on the same unified monthly invoice as your master subscription.
