Billing & Subscription
Managing Your Subscription Payment Method
Update your Paddle payment method, manage auto-renewal, and prevent billing interruptions.
Flanceflow processes paid subscriptions through Paddle, which supports global cards, wallets, PayPal, and international tax compliance.
How to update your subscription payment method
- Open Settings and select the "Subscriptions" section.
- Locate your active payment card details under "Billing Method".
- Click "Update Payment Method".
- Use the Paddle billing portal to enter a new supported card, wallet, or PayPal account.
- Submit the card verification authorization (a temporary $1 / ₹1 verification holds and immediately voids).
- Your active subscription will now bill the updated payment method on future renewal cycles.

- Corporate cards: If your freelance business has a registered corporate credit card, enter your company name on the card checkout form for automated business receipt generation.
- Canceling auto-renew: You can toggle off automatic renewal anytime in Settings > Subscriptions while keeping full plan access until the cycle expires.
