How to generate and download an invoice PDF
- Open any draft or finalized invoice from your Invoices list.
- Click the "Download PDF" button in the upper action bar (or press `Cmd/Ctrl + P` to trigger high-res print rendering).
- Flanceflow renders the document using vector typography and high-dpi graphic assets, embedding all fonts cleanly.
- The generated PDF downloads directly to your device with a clean filename: `Invoice_INV-2026-0012_ClientName.pdf`.

PDF invoice best practices
