Discover how Flanceflow’s specialized AI assistant analyzes your studio cash flow, drafts client emails, suggests project pricing, and automates freelance operations.
Unlike generic AI chatbots that know nothing about your business, FlowAI is deeply connected to your Flanceflow workspace. It understands your client roster, active project milestones, past invoice rates, and overdue receivables to give you tailored, context-aware answers in seconds.
How to use FlowAI
- Click the "FlowAI" sparkles icon in the left sidebar or top navigation bar (or press `Cmd/Ctrl + J`).
- The FlowAI chat assistant drawer will open smoothly on the right side of your workspace.
- Type your question or choose from quick prompt suggestions (e.g., "Summarize my overdue revenue", "Draft a proposal email", or "What did Acme Corp pay last year?").
- FlowAI analyzes your authorized workspace records and generates a specific, data-backed response.
- Click "Apply Action" to immediately generate an invoice, copy email copy, or update a project status based on FlowAI’s recommendation.
