How to generate and share a portal link
- Open your project workspace and navigate to the "Client Portal" tab.
- Click the "Enable Portal" toggle switch if it is not already active.
- Configure section visibility (choose whether to show Timeline, Files, Invoices, or Progress).
- Click "Generate Secure Link" or "Copy Portal Link".
- Paste the link into your email, Slack message, or WhatsApp conversation with the client.
- Your client clicks the link and immediately lands on their personalized, studio-branded project hub without needing to log in or create a password.
