Custom Branding on Invoices

Personalize invoice visual identity with your studio logo, custom accent colors, custom payment instructions, and tailored footer policies.

Generic, black-and-white accounting invoices look cold and forgettable. Flanceflow lets you design high-end, studio-branded invoices that reinforce your premium creative positioning while remaining fully tax-compliant.

Customize invoice branding with studio logos, accent colors, and custom terms.

How to customize your invoice branding

  1. Open Settings by clicking the gear icon in the lower-left sidebar, then select the "Customize" tab.
  2. Studio Logo: Upload your high-resolution logo (a transparent PNG or vector SVG with 400x400px aspect ratio renders best).
  3. Accent Color: Select your signature brand color using the visual hex color picker (this tints invoice headers, table accents, and total badges).
  4. Default Payment Terms: Set your standard payment window (e.g., "Payment due within 14 calendar days of invoice date").
  5. Payment Instructions: Add your bank account numbers, SWIFT/BIC codes, IFSC details, UPI QR instructions, or Stripe payment links.
  6. Footer Note: Write a warm closing note (e.g., "Thank you for your partnership! It was a pleasure working together on this release.").
  7. Click "Save Customization" to apply your branding to all future outgoing invoices.

Branding tips for freelancers

  • Bank information formatting: When providing international wire details, always include Account Name, IBAN / Account Number, SWIFT / BIC Code, and Bank Address.
  • Late payment policy: Mention a friendly 1.5% monthly late payment policy in your invoice terms to encourage prompt accounting turnaround.
  • QR code payments: In India, adding your UPI VPA handle (e.g., `yourname@okhdfcbank`) allows clients to scan and pay from mobile banking apps in seconds.
