Switching Between Multiple Workspaces
Manage multiple creative businesses, agencies, or independent freelance brands from a single Flanceflow login with isolated client rosters and financials.
Many experienced freelancers wear multiple hats—operating a design agency, a photography studio, and a SaaS consultancy under different names. Flanceflow lets you create and toggle between separate workspaces with one click while keeping clients, invoices, and bank details completely isolated.
How to create and switch workspaces
- Click your workspace avatar at the top of the sidebar.
- A dropdown menu will reveal your active workspace and all other workspaces you own or belong to.
- Click "+ Create New Workspace" to establish a new studio with its own distinct currency and branding.
- Give your new workspace a title (e.g., "NorthStar Consulting") and choose its primary currency.
- To switch, simply click on the workspace name in the menu list. The entire dashboard will reload seamlessly with that studio’s clients, projects, and invoices.

Multi-workspace best practices
- Distinct logos: Upload a unique logo and header accent color for each workspace so you can tell at a glance which studio you are operating in.
- Subscription pooling: Depending on your Flanceflow plan, Pro and Premium tiers support multi-workspace management under one unified subscription account.
- Quick switcher: Use the keyboard shortcut `Cmd/Ctrl + K` to open the command palette and type the workspace name to switch instantly.
